This office would bridge the gap between citizens and officials, promote transparency, and make sure every concern is heard and addressed. It’s about accountability, accessibility, and giving every resident a seat at the table.

The Public Advocate will bridge the gap between politicians and the people by creating a direct, independent line of communication. Instead of residents feeling unheard or disconnected, the Public Advocate will bring their concerns straight to decision-makers, ensuring that everyday voices, not just political insiders, shape local policies and priorities.

By improving communication and giving residents a clearer view into how decisions are made, the office will strengthen trust, encourage civic engagement, and help ensure government works better for everyone in Saratoga County.
